In a world where life seems to be getting more intense and busier by the day, our bodys way of showing us it’s under stress (survival mode) is to signal to us through physical or emotional symptoms.

Synergy’s philosophy is based on creating safety. Not just through the carefully thought out elements within the space itself, that create deep tranquility and a feeling of being held and nurtured, but through longer appointment times and by providing treatments that create safety within the body. It is within this space of safety – that place of “being”not “doing”- that patterns and symptoms can really begin to change on a deeper level and where we can begin to gain clarity on what our body is calling for.

Synergy Wellness, founded by Michelle Denny, was formed through a desire to create an alternative to the many fast paced, conveyor belt like practices that exist today. The name Synergy relates directly to Michelle’s love of Network Chiropractic- the technique that changed her own life and moved her away from traditional Chiropractic “cracking” methods- as well as her belief in how certain therapies can compliment each other (work synergistically), to create greater change in the body and mind.

In 2017, Synergy saw the addition of Emma Conlon- an exceptional massage therapist and body worker, who has an innate ability to hold space and understand what the body needs in each moment. Emma provides intuitive sessions that really help support and compliment Michelle’s offerings.

Pain and symptoms are a signal that something, somewhere needs to change. At Synergy, we help you to create that change, so that you can thrive, not just survive.
